结构特点：
1、工作台拖板和滑座均拖板采用直线滚动导轨副并由滚珠丝杆副传动。
2、往复滑板采用双V型镶钢滚针导轨副并由可调偏心连杆机构传动，往复平稳，换向无冲击，换向端点，定位精度高。
3、采用交流变频调速系统控制砂轮转速和滑板往复速度，实现无级调速。砂轮架和滑座组成多个自由度，可对各个方向进行加工。
数控系统：
数控光学曲线磨床带有四轴计算机控制系统，分别对工作台拖板及滑板进行控制，分辨率为1mm可作二轴联动连续轨迹磨削，除计算机自动控制运动外配有手动控制功能，为操作者提供选择多种加工方法。
一机多用：
本机床备有多种夹具附件，具有多种功能，集曲线、磨圆、测量于一身，一机多用，使用方便。
